Misiones Del Cabo

During the whale season, we see much activity from breaching, whale tail slapping and easy whale life living from mothers, calves and mating males. The skates or rays frequent this Sea of Cortez by the thousands with shows of projectile jumps and belly slaps on the waters. Snorkeling the Cabo Bello beach bay is fantastic with so many tropical fish, a few eels, lobster, skates and octopus to see.

Life in Paradise is amazing here in Baja. This is just far enough outside of Cabo to be peacefully tranquil and relaxing. Sunsets from here are fantastic not to mention the cruise ships, fishing and yacht charters, jet skis, hang gliders, kayaks and SUP boards we see going by every single day! Never too dull or relaxing of a moment here in this Cabo Paradise.

Cabo Bello

On the upper beachfront side of Cabo Bello is a Welk Resort, Serena del Mar. On the lower beachfront side of Cabo Bello is Misiones del Cabo with both the 7 building condo resort development and private villas descending up from the rocky seaside. Cabo Bello is the lowest priced neighborhood on the Sea of Cortez side of the highway. Homes were built here beginning over 20 years ago with a diversity of designs and views.

A little creek bed meanders through the development and down to the bay coming out in the middle of Playa del Rey. Cabo Corridor El Tezal

There are the original neighborhoods like Cabo San Lucas Country Club, Villas del Tezal, Villa Neptuno, Tamar, Puerta de Hiero, Vista Real, Rancho Paraiso, and Cresta Del Mar. The Portus Group has been very successful in developing master-planned communities: Ventanas Phases 1-3, and Cabo del Mar with security guards, pools, clubhouses, and restaurants.
