Everywhere you look there are new buildings springing up all over Los Cabos. Many of these are brand new or expansions of existing projects. Let’s look inside the current top new condominium projects based on quality, location, and price points.
First up is Las Cascadas in Cabo San Lucas. Pre-Construction is available NOW for the much anticipated building 9 at the highest elevation in the development. Huge views, quietest location, and very private. All within the secure gates of Pedregal. Las Cascadas offers 2 pool areas with BBQs, Jacuzzi’s, sun decks plus a Club House with a full gym. Ownes enjoy full access to Pedregal’s amenities of a beautiful beach, El Rincon Spa, tennis courts, organic market, children’s parks, and hiking the mountain with the beautiful views. Some of our guests love exploring all the way up to the islands of Loreto in the Sea of Cortez. Beauty abounds there with the ragged mountains jutting up from the desert floor just off the coast, and the waters teem with aquatic life. This is one of the best snorkeling areas I have seen in my travels. Come visit in months other than August and September unless you relish the higher temperatures. The town of Loreto has changed little over the decades other than a golf course, new communities, and properties now in Puerto Escondido just below Loreto. Loreto was the first West Coast settlement and the first of the Missions.
